Valentines Partner workout
1. Partner pushups
2. Partner Crunches
3. Partner high knees
Or... You-Go, I Go
One partner does 10-30 repetitions of the exercise, then the other does the same.
It’s like passing the baton – get ready so when partner is done, you’re ready to go!
10-30 repetitions each
3-5 rounds (after finishing lunge, take some water, then right back to Squats, etc)
- Squats
- Pushups
- Crunches
- Hip lifts (shoulder bridge)
- Lunges
- Hi-knees
