Yes, but be prepared to become addicted and ReBoot as over 80% of our campers do. The cost of attending is very reasonable and at a “no excuses” time of day. This is why our classes are full. Join us long-term, save money, get better results and share the incredible joy and camaraderie of getting fit with others that share your enthusiasm.
What days of the week are the classes held?
Classes are held Monday through Thursday. If there is heavy rain, snow, ice, or a national holiday earlier in the week we will make up that class on Friday.

What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, we will take a field trip to a different location. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form, "core stability", and we always end with stretching.
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.
The 5:30 AM & 8:30 AM classes are Women's Only
The 6:30 AM class is Coed.

Is there a fitness assessment?
Yes. Every Wednesday, before or after class, you'll have the opportunity to be weighed in, body composition measurements recorded, and photos taken. The photos are for your file and will not be used without your permission. Most people chose to do this monthly. It’s a fantastic experience at each re-assessment to visually see your improvements.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!

What are the payment options?
Payment is via a secure, monthly “subscription” charge to your debit or credit card.
Payment by check is available if paying 12 months in advance. There are no “quantity discounts” and no refunds if you elect this method of payment
Can I show up at a different location or time?
You are expected to attend the class you register for. If you need to switch, you must get pre-approval from Steve
What do I need to bring to camp?
An exercise mat, a set of hand weights (most women start with 5 lbs; 8-12 lbs for men), a water bottle, and running shoes. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

Why is there a 1 week break after 4 weeks of training?
Because when you come back, you’ll be stronger! Many studies and experts agree on the benefits “periodization”. Active rest is a key component of injury prevention and a strong immune system. It may seem unusual at first, but we are creating some new lifestyle habits here! After a few short months of Adventure Boot Camp, you’ll come to appreciate this short break.
